The Red Line Parkway Initiative is partnering with AARP to offer FREE events on the Parkway this Spring promoting healthy living for older adults.

Join us for a Tai Chi class led by Preston Tyree at Wooten Neighborhood Park on Wednesday, May 22 at 6:00 p.m. A future segment of the Red Line Parkway will pass near this location. 

Trails and parkways are the lifelines that connect communities, providing a sustainable and accessible transportation alternative for all. “Bring a friend and come out to the Parkway to see how you can use and enjoy the trail that exists today, and imagine what is to come in the years ahead," says Tom Wald, Executive Director of the Red Line Parkway Initiative.
