Keep Austin Beautiful Day - April 15th

Join us for Keep Austin Beautiful Day, a city-wide day of service spanning 100+ sites in the greater Austin area! We are thrilled to participate in Keep Austin Beautiful Day for the first time, and invite you to join us on April 15th from 9-11am. We will be picking up litter from the Parkway and Waller Creek between Highland Station and Crestview Station. Find out more and register at our KAB / GivePulse event page.

Celebrate Trails Day - April 22nd

Save the date for Celebrate Trails Day on April 22nd! Organized nationally by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy on the fourth Saturday of April, Celebrate Trails Day is a spring celebration of America’s trails. Locally, we’re hosting a celebration of the Red Line Parkway, including a ride from Crestview to downtown Austin, plus other fun activities to be announced. Since 2013, Celebrate Trails Day encourages people across the country to get outside and enjoy the nation’s exceptional trails and trail systems. MoKan Trail Open House

Help shape the MoKan Trail, which will connect the Red Line Parkway to the Southern Walnut Creek Trail. View the MoKan Trail open house announcement, including links to more information and dates for in-person feedback, or visit the online open house and survey directly, open through April 23rd.

Austin Light Rail Options

Project Connect just recently announced five options for our city’s first light rail build-out. If you missed the in-person open house last week, you can attend a Project Connect Virtual Community Update next Thursday, April 6th at 5pm. You can also provide input via the virtual open house.
