With the holidays upon us, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the interest you have shown in our work at Red Line Parkway Initiative.

As you know, our mission is to plan, fund, ensure implementation, and activate the Red Line Parkway, a 32+ mile trail and linear park that will run from Downtown Austin through Cedar Park to Leander. 

As the Austin metro area grows at unprecedented rates, this inclusive, multi-functional trail will provide much-needed convenient, enjoyable, car-free access to transit, parks, public art, and other urban, suburban, and rural destinations.

Recently, we launched our Project Parkway Campaign, an effort to raise $250,000 in private funding needed to plan, fund, ensure implementation, and activate the Parkway. This will complement the $750,000 in public funding that we are also raising to create the Red Line Parkway Plan.

Thanks to our supporters, we’ve so far raised over $30,000 in private funding, but we still have work to do. That's why we’re excited to announce that, this holiday season, The Sinclair Black Family Charitable Trust is matching donations to RLPI up to $10,000! 

That means all contributions made by Dec. 31st, 2021 will have double the impact.
